Herbô 11complex linden / mint from L'Herbothecaire is an infusion preparation formulated with linden tree which helps to find a better sleep with peppermint which helps to support good digestion It is advisable to add the plants in cold water and bring to a boil then leave for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat. Take out of the heat and infuse for another ten minutes before filtering. It is recommended to never drink more than 4 cups a day, if possible without sugar.
