Arkorelax stress control by Arkopharma is a food supplement that combines 2 adaptable plant extracts and highly assimilable magnesium to help better resist during periods of overwork and increase physical and emotional resistance by reducing fatigue. It is recommended to take 2 tablets in the morning and 1 at noon (stress test: exam, workload ...), 2 tablets per day in the morning (stress period). Drink with a glass of water in 1 or 2 shots.
