Zenement Berberine contains 500 mg of Berberine from the root of the Berberis aristata plant, which is the native species of the northern Himalayas and the one that has been traditionally used in Ayurveda medicine for its multiple properties and applications. It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day during or after dinner. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the daily dose.
