Burdock contains an essential oil, inulin (sugar that can also be assimilated by diabetics), mucilage, palmitic acid, caffeic acid (which has antibiotic action). It has diaphoretic properties (increases sweat secretion), diuretic, depurative, detergent, and liver function stimulant. It is recommended to dissolve 25-30 drops in a little water, 3 times a day.
