Essential oil to have at home in winter. It is a purifying oil that has a soothing and antiseptic action on the body. It acts as a lung and mucolytic decongestant. With a high olfactory note, Eucalyptus has an energetic and comforting action. Its odor, in contact with the skin, evaporates quickly. The oil is obtained by distillation of the leaves and its predominant active principles are 1,8 cineole and alphapinene. It is recommended to heat a pot full of water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, take it to the room where you are going to sleep and pour a few drops of Eucalyptus. You will notice its balsamic and refreshing action in the environment Do not eat.
