Base 14 of Erlingen tonifies the blood, regulates menstruation, invigorates and harmonizes the blood and disperses the cold. This product warms and facilitates the flow of blood. It also releases wind and cold outside, and disperses internal cold, warms the lungs and relieves discomfort. It is recommended to take 1 tablet before breakfast, 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner.
