Puressentiel rosemary camphor essential oil has a fresh, camphor and aromatic aroma. It is an undemanding species and grows especially around the Mediterranean, where it likes sunny exposure to the marked summer drought. It is recommended to take with a teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
