Ladrôme Organic Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is a food supplement that promotes good digestion. It is obtained by traditional distillation by entrainment with water vapor of the flowers of the plant. It is recommended to take orally: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 1 teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, 2 times a day, before a meal. Possible uses: For quality sleep Diffusion: ¼ h before bedtime. Bath: 5 to 10 drops, previously diluted in Disp'arôme, added to the bath water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
