Acigras supermega oil from Soria Natural concentrates a mixture of organic vegetable oils which makes it a healthy product, ideal to accompany a varied and balanced diet. It combines the richness of five oils from Organic Farming. It contains the right proportion of total fatty acids and omega fatty acids: omega 3, omega 6, omega 7 and omega 9. In addition, it provides a balanced percentage of monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids, to meet the nutritional recommendations established by the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition, the FAO and the WHO regarding the consumption of these nutrients. This product has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids. Alpha-linolenic acid (Ω3) contributes to maintaining normal blood levels of lipoproteins. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of this fatty acid, approximately 3 tablespoons of ACIGRAS (25 mL). Extra virgin olive oil: it stands out for its high oleic content (75-81.5%), a monounsaturated fatty acid from the omega 9 series. Flax oil: It stands out for its content of omega 3 alpha-linolenic acid (51-55%), a polyunsaturated fatty acid, being the seed richest in this type of fatty acid. Sunflower oil: in its composition, omega 6 linoleic acid (61%), a polyunsaturated fatty acid, stands out. It is also the richest in Vitamin E (56%) with antioxidant action. Virgin coconut oil: this oil stands out for its content of medium chain fatty acids (60-71%), with lauric acid being the one found in greater quantity. Use raw to dress salads, vegetables, pasta... Store in a cool, dry place protected from light. Once opened, store preferably in the refrigerator. If the oil crystallizes, heat slightly (between 30-40ºC) and stir.
