Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar. Tasting note: High, well-rounded percentage reveals a fusion of citrus notes, reminiscent of pineapple and orange, with hints of wood. Finish marked with spicy touches.
